Important Information
1. Please be advised that Government Issued Picture Identification is ALWAYS required for pick-ups.
2. The address on the ID must match the one on parcel*. (*Some exceptions apply).
3. Parcels from Bell, Sony, Supercom, Synnex, Tech Data and Apple: Positive ID of receiver ONLY.
4. Parcels from DELL: Persons with the same last name AND matching adr may pick-up such parcels.
